Learn About the Future of Electricity

Developing technologies and interesting ideas that could be part of the future of electricity generation and distribution in Colorado will be the focus of the CREA Energy Innovations Summit Friday, October 14. Anyone connected to the state’s energy landscape is invited to attend and learn more about what is happening in this changing industry.

A few of the topics expected at the daylong event will include energy policy in Washington, D.C.; micro-hydro projects in Colorado; energy storage; and electric cars and how they will affect the grid. Experts from various energy-related fields will share their knowledge on panels and as individual speakers.

A variety of vendors will also be on hand to share information on their new products and services.

To register, go to www.crea.coop and click on the Energy Innovations Summit block on the right side of the home page. For more information, contact Leanne Arrant at 303-455-2700, ext. 105 or larrant@coloradorea.org.
